Lose Your Wallet Weekend

We worked with Apple Pay on their initiative to install and train employees on their POS systems throughout the Miami area for the Lose Your Wallet campaign. We identified two bustling neighborhoods in Miami - Wynwood and Coconut Grove - and activated street teams of brand ambassadors to work with retailers in each of the neighborhoods.

Over two different weekends, retailers ran special offers for people paying with Apple Pay to drive awareness and get them comfortable with the software. We also produced a street fair style event that featured discounted offers such as $1 custom Salty Donuts from the famed Miami Donut Shop or $1 succulents from Plant of the Future all with the intention to get Miami residents to lose their wallets in favor of this new way of purchasing.
