Port City Pretzels

When Port City Pretzels Founder, Suzanne Foley approached Circle to Square about her emerging CPG pretzel brand, she needed direction on elevating her company’s aesthetic through cohesive branding to share her story with consumers. Our first task was helping Port City Pretzels capitalize on their already incredible vision, brand values and product through unique digital touchpoints. Starting with brand guidelines, we worked to define everything from the founder story to product descriptions - clearly articulating Port City’s mission with both words and images to create a cohesive narrative from first to last delicious bite.

To maximize the budget, we took elements of what fans already loved about Port City Pretzels and elevated those strengths to develop engaging brand copy and new editorial images to refresh Port City’s website. As direct to consumer is a major funnel for Port City, we ensured the flavor that defined the brand was brought to life on their website through connective stories woven through the new tone and style that clearly showed consumers when you eat Port City Pretzels you are part of a larger story, one that represents inclusivity, joy and the feeling of home.

Our team arranged a strategic partnership with well known woman owned Manhattan based eatery, the Doughnut Project. The partnership was rooted not only in a passion for yummy snacks but a desire to strengthen the community.
