Food for Thought,

Food for Life

For the premiere of Susan Rockefeller’s short film, Food for Thought, Food for Life, we produced a World Food Day celebration with a unique marketplace hosted at Pioneer Works featuring farmers and local business from NYC and the Hudson Valley. The event had activities for children of all ages, a screening of the film, and panel talk that we organized with guests Brian Halweil from Edible Magazine and Tom Colicchio from Top Chef. We concepted the activation, sourced vendors, created and managed the run of show, timeline and budget, booked talent, negotiated partnerships and oversaw the creative direction for the project.

To continue momentum for the launch of her documentary, we also supported the launch of the eco-jewelry and accessories line to support and start a conversation about food sustainability - supporting the mission of the film. For the product footprint, we produced photoshoots, managed the PR team and launched the website where users could download a resource guide to host their own screenings for the premier
