Kustomer

In partnership with Kustomer's experiential agency, CSM, and advertising agency Barrett Hoffher, we brought the IRL extension of Kustomer's campaign to life for the first time. Shoptalk served as an opportunity to introduce Kustomer to new audiences at retail's largest conference. 

We created an interactive booth experience that provided attendees the opportunity to learn and interact with Kustomer's integrated CX software through playful modular "pods". The footprint included a demo desk, client case studies, a theater for scheduled presentations and gaming that drove sign ups for Kustomer's Connected Services Sweepstakes.
