Our team was tasked with executing seasonal, brand-focused virtual seminars for YSL and Armani Beauty that would serve to engage, inspire, and educate an estimated 1,000+ beauty ambassadors on new product launches, product application, sales techniques, and client service. We worked with the YSL and Armani Beauty teams and their experiential marketing agency, CSM, to first identify a strategy that would maximize engagement during the 90 minutes of live event time, then led the production and execution of content to deliver on the determined strategy. In addition to producing the seminar content, we also created exclusive educational content for Sephora, maximizing the value of the brands’ investment and ensuring consistency across ambassador education materials.
Armani Beauty Spring Seminar: Keeping with the bright, bold, gorgeous vibe synonymous with Giorgio Armani, this 90 minute experience was an experience like no other. The Armani Beauty Spring Seminar centered on collaboration and coming together. Ambassadors were given exclusive access to Armani educators to ask questions and collaborate in real time, allowing them to grow their expertise and take client experience to the next level. The seminar successfully delivered all need-to-know information from service and selling techniques to artistry tips and tricks so ambassadors left better equipped to deliver excellence and mindful luxury – the Armani way.
