Rahua, an ethically sourced beyond organic haircare brand approached us to help them communicate their brand directly to consumers in addition to their traditional audience of salons and distributors. We were tasked with assessing the current state of consumer engagement from their wide breadth of content marketing. With this information, we built brand guidelines, produced photoshoots, assisted in email marketing and established a brand voice across social media that communicated Rahua’s message effectively across targeted audiences. Upon execution of our action plan, the haircare brand’s instagram following grew 16.5%.
Key to content creation was how to creatively showcase exactly what was in the bottle verses just telling consumers about the ingredient list. We were able to produce impactful messages through photoshoots that captured the point of difference -- the ingredients -- in a single shot.
